Angie Harmon has been an American model/actress for many years. She has appeared in many films and television series. She began as a model but after she gained international recognition she decided to pursue acting. In 1995, she began performing in the show "Baywatch Nights". She is also a voice actor and provided the voice of an animation version of Batman Beyond: Return of the Joker movie. Harmon decided in early 2000 to pursue film as her primary focus and not work on television series. Harmon returned to television after having appeared in several films. She was among of the few actresses who posed discreetly naked in "Allure Magazine". In the role of the detective Jane Rizzoli, she has been featured in the TNT series 'Rizzoli & Isles. Her performance was well-received for her detective role and was awarded awards. Angie Harmon was nominated over these past years for her exceptional performances, but was not awarded any prizes.
